The „National Tourism Organisation of Montenegro” has awarded us in 2009,  in recognition of our outstanding academic performance and the excellent skills around the destination of Montenegro as a „Montenegro Qualified Expert”.

More than 6,000 participants voted us in the election for the „Landlord the Year 2009” from 127 competitors to the second place. In this election, particularly the quality of service of the landlords has been reviewed.
