Our prices are final, including all associated costs such as electricity, water, end-cleaning, etc. The cost of the police registration in Montenegro, and the taxes are included as well. A lockable parking for your car (with radio remote control right at the building) is also included.

Towels and linen are available in a sufficient number do not have to be brought. The use is free-of-charge for our guests.

We want our guests to feel comfortable with us from the first day. To not spend your time in the supermarket on the first day / evening of arrival, we offer you a shopping service. Like this, you have a little „basics” in your refrigerator directly upon arrival. This service is free-of-charge for our guests. You only pay the normal price of the goods according to the supermarket receipt.

All guests of our apartments will receive a „Welcome fruit basket” with fresh fruits from the region. Two bottles of wine (quality white- and red wine) also belongs to the free basic equipment as well as orange juice and chilled drinking water. A guide, a map and a mobile phone with a prepaid-card are available free-of-charge.
