Due to the mild climate, the apartments are available all around the year round. The bathing season at the montenegrin Adriatic coast begins in mid-May and goes until mid-October. Particularly attractive are the months of May / June and September / October because during these times, the beaches are uncrowded and you can spend a very tranquil and relaxing holiday.
We kindly ask you to get as early in contact with us as possible. Especially in the high-season, the apartments are often fully booked months in advance. The earlier you book your apartment, the better chance you have to get your desired home at your desired date.

At the conclusion of the rental contract, a deposit of 20% is payable. The remaining balance is payable on the day of arrival. Upon receipt of your deposit, the booking is confirmed. A security deposit of 200 € is to be pay upon arrival and it is refunded on departure.
We can calculate for you an individual package price (e.g. housing incl. transfers and car hire). Even for groups or several families traveling together, we can make out a complete individual offer (e.g. two or three homes at the same time, etc.). For long-term tenants (from 4 weeks duration), we have special rates and conditions on request.
