When equipping and furnishing the apartments, we took care not only to a cozy and tasteful ambiance, but also to the quality.

A luxuriously furnished and spacious living area. Exclusive leather sofa and LCD television with satellite Receiver (Astra). Here you can relax and stay well-kept. In the evening you can enjoy the view of the setting sun in the sea even from your sofa. The perfect Holiday Feeling! The generously dimensioned air-conditioning provides you always with pleasant and cool temperatures.
Fresh ingredients that you have purchased right at the daily market (e.g. in Bar), can be perfectly cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. All accessories, e.g. cutlery and crockery, bowls, pots and pans are available. Also the important small appliances, kettles and a coffee-maker was thought of.
The double beds (160 cm wide) are equipped with high-quality mattresses and guarantees, along with the comfortable cushion a peaceful and restful sleep. In the accompanying wardrobes you will find more than enough space for your wardrobe. Bed linen is also available (free-of-charge).
After an extensive sunbath, a shower with massage function is exactly the right thing. But we thought also on the practical things. A large washing machine is available as well just as other amenities like a hair dryer and a clothes horse, iron and ironing board, etc. Towels are also available in a sufficient number (free-of-charge).
Breakfast on the balcony? A candlelight dinner at sunset? Or just relaxing in the sun. Enjoy the view of the Adriatic sea, every single day!
If you arrive with your car, you can park free-of-charge at the lockable parking right in front of the building.
As the first (and so far only one) holiday home in Montenegro, the apartments got the highest award of the European Commission in February 2012: The EU Ecolabel.

The apartment MONTENEGRO is located on the first floor of the building and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment YUGOSLAVIA is located on the fourth floor of the building and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment MARŠAL is located on the second floor of the building and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment JADRAN is located on the first floor of the building and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment MASLINA is located on the third floor of the building and can accommodate up to 2 people.
„Uvala Maslina” (in english: „Olive-Bay”) - This is the Bay of Utjeha, a small and peaceful village at the Adriatic coast of Montenegro.
Located right in the middle, between the two cities Bar and Ulcinj and well-known by one of the most famous beaches of Montenegro (awarded with the „Blue Flag”).
Only a short walk from the beach away, you find the newly built holiday home in a quiet and pleasant residential area.
Through the hillside of the house you have a wonderful view at the sea and can enjoy the romantic sunsets of Montenegro straight from your terrace.
