Since 2007 we rent out exclusive apartments in the "Land of the Wild Beauty." It started with a small but fine apartment in Utjeha and very soon it becam clear that Montenegro has a shortage in high-quality and comfortable apartments.
Due to the slump in tourist arrivals during the Yugoslav crisis also the necessary funds were missing. Since the independence in 2006, investments are made in the most important economic sector for Montenegro again.
According to that, vacation homes in upscale categories are hardly available. The object "Apartments UTJHEA" is for example the only private house in the whole circle bar with an official 4-star status.
The offered apartments are "handpicked" and (especially if they are not owned by us), carefully checked for the needs of today's tourists. Only houses that meet these requirements and convince by special properties (eg location), will be found on our site.
